CONTROL PROCESSING IN 24H
All our packages are prepared within 24 hours of your order and are shipped every day before noon, except Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays. The first days of sales privileges or sales are always more intense. In these important moments, we anticipate an additional preparation time that can go from 48 hours to 72 hours. You will be notified by email of the correct taking into account of your order as well as the shipment of your parcel with its tracking number in order to be able to follow the delivery.

¬ Via Colieco : 3,5 € TTC, free from 80 € purchase. At home without signature, in 3/4 working days.
¬ Via Colissimo : 5,9 € TTC, free from 100 € purchase. At home without signature, in 2/3 working days.

¬ Via Colissimo Europe: 7.9 € TTC, free from 150 € purchase. At home with signature, in 4/7 working days.
REST OF EUROPE
¬ Via Colissimo Expert International: 13.9 € TTC, free from 150 € purchase. At home with signature, in 4/10 working days. Outside the European Union, customs fees are liable to be applied and are the responsibility of the customer.

¬ Via Colissimo Expert International: 23,9 € TTC, free from 200 € of purchase. At home with signature, in 4/10 working days. Outside the European Union, customs fees are liable to be applied and are the responsibility of the customer.
IN CASE OF ABSENCE OR DISCLAIMER
¬ Via Colissimo : The Colissimo La Poste service is presented once. In case you are absent the parcel is deposited at the nearest post office and will be listed in your follow-up.
¬ Via Mondial Relay : Mondial Relay withdrawal points keep your package 14 working days and are accessible at their opening hours indicated on Mondial Relay. In case you do not show up, the parcel will be sent to our warehouse and will be registered in your follow-up.
¬ Via TNT : The DTT service only appears once. In case you are absent the package is deposited in TNT relay point and will be registered in your follow-up.
ORDERS DELIVERED IN FRANCE
FREE RETURNS WITHIN 45 DAYS. From receipt of your parcel, you have 45 days to return your items. The products will have to be made new, reconditioned as in their original state (not wrinkled, folded, padded ...), with their label and in their original packaging (box, tissue paper, plastic pouch). We're counting on you ! A non-compliant return will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
- Log in to your customer account and click on the space "MY ORDER HISTORY"
- Select the products to be returned in the order detail. Specify the pattern and click on "Generate a Return".
- Return your item either: via Mondial Relay (OPTION A) or via a FAGUO shop (OPTION B)
OPTION A: Via Mondial Relay
Warning :No exchange possible. If you return one or more product (s), you will be refunded and will have to recommend the desired product on the e-shop.We do not reimburse the return costs of a returned parcel that has not been requested to return online.
- You will receive a return label to stick on the package. Do not forget to attach your delivery note in your package by checking the return reason (s).
- Free delivery of your parcel in the Post office nearest you. Think of keeping the proof of deposit. The return is at your risk.
- Upon receipt and validation of your parcel, the refund will be made by transfer within 5 to 30 days (we process the returns as soon as possible).
OPTION B: Via a Boutique FAGUO
Warning: no refund will be made in shop for a purchase made on the e-shop FAGUO. You can choose a new product of equivalent value.

International returns are to be taken charge of by the CLIENT. Customs fee can apply and they are also to be taken charge of by the client
We are still a small company and simply cannot afford to offer free return shipping for international orders yet.

RETURN A PRODUCT ORDERED ON A PARTNER SITE (MARKETPLACE)
Log in to your account on the site where you made your purchase and make a request for return (form online or by mail). The site will process your request within 48 hours.
The WEDOOGIFT and MA GIFT CARD cards are not exchangeable or refundable. These means of payment can only be used on the eshop www.faguo.fr. Returns are made only via the Post Office within 30 days (free of charge).
Attention: no refund will be made for a purchase made with a gift card. Your gift card will be credited with an equivalent value that can be used within 60 days.
