CONTROL PROCESSING IN 24H (72H DURING SALES AND PRIVATE SALES)

All our packages are prepared within 24 hours of your order and are shipped every day before noon, except Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays. The first days of sales privileges or sales are always more intense. In these important moments, we anticipate an additional preparation time that can go from 48 hours to 72 hours before shipping. You will be notified by email of the correct taking into account of your order as well as the shipment of your parcel with its tracking number in order to be able to follow the delivery.

DELIVERY FEES

 

FREE RETURNS WITHIN 30 DAYS (from France)

From the reception of your package, you have 30 days to return your items. The products must be made new, reconditioned as in their original state.

International returns are to be taken charge of by the client. Customs fee can apply and they are also to be taken charge of by the client. We are still a small company and simply cannot afford to offer free return shipping for international orders yet.

OPTION A: Via the Postal services

  • Appointment on your account tab “my orders”
  • Select your product and generate your return.
  • You will receive immediately a return label prepaid by mail. Join this delivery note by checking the reason for return.
  • Let your package at a post office.
  • Upon receipt of the package, the refund will be effective within 3 to 15 days. You will then receive a notification email.

OPTION B: Via a FAGUO Boutique

  • Have this delivery note.
  • Go to the FAGUO shop of your choice.

Log in to your account on the site where you made your purchase and make a request for return (form online or by mail). The site will process your request within 48 hours.

GIFT CARD

¬ The FAGUO gift card

FAGUO gift cards can be used in full and partially on all collections in FAGUO shops (excluding department stores) and on www.faguo.fr. They are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift Card are non refundable and non exchangeable. Returns received after a purchase via a gift card are accepted within 30 days. No refund, a credit equal to the returned products will be realized (web and shop).

¬ The FAGUO gift card via a partner

WEDOOGIFT Gift Cards and MY GIFT CARD are neither exchangeable nor refundable. These payment methods can only be used on the eshop www.faguo.fr

Returns are made only by post within 30 days (free).

Warning: no refund will be made for a purchase made with a gift card. Your gift card will be recredited with an equivalent value that can be used within 60 days.

 

CARE PRODUCT

All returned care products (waterproofing, multi-material spray, cleansing milk, …) must be returned perfectly intact. Upon reception of the package, FAGUO will assess the condition of the returned goods.

No refund will be accepted if the returned products have been visibly used or damaged by the customer and that use or damage make them unfit for sale. If the return is refused by FAGUO, the products will not be returned to the customer. The customer will not be able to require any compensation or refund right.

In the case of an exchange in a FAGUO store, if the returned products have been visibly used or damaged by the customer and that use or damage make them unfit for sale, the FAGUO store may refuse the exchange.
